Kasia is well acquainted with the world of medical devices, but it is the person who always stands at the center of her attention. She combines strategic thinking with intuition to quickly find solutions that are both innovative and practical. Her flexibility, creativity and healthy pragmatism make both Clients and Candidates feel that they are in good hands. She believes that in recruitment – as in life – the most important things are authentic relationships and a good fit.
In her free time, she dances as if no one is watching (although sometimes someone is watching), rides her bike faster than she thinks, reads biographies to know how to live, and then does things her way anyway. And, of course, she spends time with her sons – meaning she trains patience and the art of negotiation at the highest level!
